Quilt #21

is done and claimed by DS #1 and his DW. They both want it! It is a pattern from the book Singular Sensations. Made of batiks and the gray background is Moda grunge. DH had to hold it for me--it is rather large!

Sewing on the deck

is a sure sign of summer!! Please notice the thermometer reading is 78 degrees! Hooray!!! I'm working on Bonnie Hunter's Texas Tumbleweeds using Martha, my 1954 Featherweight 221.

Quilt #20

This one has been a PIG since 2005 when I saw the pattern in a magazine and started dreaming. I pondered it in my mind while riding on the motorcycle with DH the first summer we had it. And it is now --FINALLY done!!! (Sorry about the photo, but my holder/photographer is at work.)
